Overcoming Resistant People

Overcoming resistance from people can be one of the most challenging aspects of evolving. This resistance often comes from those closest to you, family, friends, spouses etc.

It’s game changing when you realize that any resistance people may have toward your evolution has everything to do with them and nothing to do with you.

Yet, day after day, month after month and year after year people’s evolution is put on hold because of the resistance they feel from people. It’s important to understand that people resist for many reasons: fear of change, lack of trust, wanting to keep you in the role they have you in, jealousy, or simply a different perspective.
